An update from next door in Alabama

Falling behind early today 1-2, defiantly wasn't how we wanted the match to begin. However, Natalie began to control the points and bring the numbers back into her favor 4-3. Eventually win the first set 7-5. The second set was Pluskota tennis all day. Was awesome to see her relax into her game and control it with winners. Winning the second set 6-1, giving her a nice win over the 580th ranked Juekeng. And a bid into the main draw.

Dubs will be going on at 3:30 today. Natalie and partner Litvak will be playing sisters Brook and Briann Lashway, a wild card team.

Tomorrow, Natatlie will begin play in the main draw. Playing Wienirova (SVK) who is ranked 368 in the world. So a great opportunity for Nat to play someone new. That match is first on, so a 10 a.m. start.

Well, let me get down to the courts for dubs, starting here shortly. Need to go watch that bouncing yellow ball....
