A Lil Cray, Cray

Soooo things got a lil cray, cray!  And I'm sorry that our blog was the victim.  The victim, that is of lack of postings.  Sorry to you our readers!  Let me catch you up.....

Natalie and Caroline started their last match strong but a lil slow, going down 0-2.  They did turn it up a notch and went ahead in the first set for a moment.   Prior to lost the first set 4-6.  The second set was a totally different story, happy to say.  Our team took control early and lead the entire way.  Winning it 6-3.  Lawdy, I hope I have the scores correct, if not please forgive me.  Anyway......   We went into the breaker with the "mo", but went down 0-3 in a hurry.  Our simple stroke errors were killing us.  But we battled back and went up for a moment in time.  Before we double faulted to lose 8-10 in the breaker.  Now, it was a hard lost.  But our team is doing really well and continue to get better with each match.  Some errors got the best of us, and some poor serving at the wrong time throughout did too.  But we must give credit to the opponents as well, they didn't give up.  A good match indeed.  Here's some pictures from the match.....

About an hour after that match ended we were on the way home.  Crazy indeed.  We went to the condo, packed up, cleaned up and then loaded up.  Natalie wanted to go home, and go immediately.  So, we did!  Arriving home about 10 p.m. Thursday night.  We both hit the ground running yesterday.  Nat with training with Paul, hitting with Jason, giving a private lesson.   Me with laundry, nails, bank, and many other errands.  We rejoined forces for a quick bite, then headed to watch Edward (Nat's oldest brother, my son)  coach his high school football team.  Then we collapsed.

Today, will be much of the same as we ready ourselves to lead for Rock Hill in the morning.  Natalie was able to ask Caroline to play dubs there.  Then offer her the awesome news,  Natalie had already secured them a wild card into the main draw.   A nice perk to being a past Champion there.  Anyway.....one of our favorite tourneys.  So, we are looking forward to staying with our host family and being a part of this tourney.

Gotta go.....Love and Blessings.....GOOOO VOL...beat GA......Sherry!
