Congrats Charles Ramsey....a hero indeed!

First, Congrats to Charles Ramsey.....a hero indeed.  A neighbor that got involved and helped free three ladies and a child from years of being held against their will.  Charles is a testimony to a hard working man caught doing the right thing.  Congrats Charles, way to be an AWESOME example to us all.....get involved people....get involved and do something special!

Today, Natalie took the singles court for the first round of the main draw (Rd32).  Her opponent was Ashley Wienhold (USA), the eighth seed.  Nat won the first set 6-2.  Lost the second 5-7 and the third 2-6.  She was pleased with her play today, considering the condition of her leg.    And Ashley is a great competitor and did what she needed to do today to move on.

Tomorow, Natalie and partner Elizabeth Lumpkin will begin doubles play.  Their opponents are the qualifying team of Wilkins (USA) and Whitehead (AUS).  They will play third on after 10, so 3ish.

As for me, the knee is on the mend....hopefully will be up and about a lil more tomorrow.  Don't forget to get involved....our neighborhoods depend on it.  Love and Blessings....Sherry!
