Strausborg....here we come....

Good Morning from a sunny and hopefully warm St. Gaudens, France.  Yesterday's loss in the dubs quarter finals brought Natalie's time here to an end.  She played fantastic dubs, and I'm ever so proud of her continued professionalism and maturity.  She and Allie were the better team out there although didn't play to win.  Didn't really get to say by to Allie, Mary and June for Al was making the mad dash right after the match to the train station.  Guess she had made plans to party in Paris before the French this weekend and had a schedule to keep.  Hopefully we will catch up with them in Paris, for we have had a great time getting to know them and France together.

After the match, we figured out our schedule for departure.  Which will be today at noon.  We will take the train all day to Strausborg.  Arriving at 11:30 p.m.  At some point, Natalie will have to use her phone, or should I say try to use her phone to "check in" to the next tourney.  Not too panicked about it, for unlike last year the ranking threshold into this one is very high.  So, her chances to get into singles are not that great, but she will still try.  She can register tomorrow for doubles, which she has a very good chance of getting into.

Did manage to pick up an new duffle bag yesterday.  Needing to replace the one we brought with us due to a suspect wheel, size and weight.  Hating to spend the Euros on a new one, for the prices here are way tooooo high, but really didn't have a choice.  Would hate to be in a train station somewhere and that wheel give out on us.  Having said that, guess it's time for me to unpack the old to repack the new one....hhmmmm this is the case I replaced in the middle of the driveway on way to airport for this trip.  Guess it is time to look at all the cases when we get home, may need to replace more of them.  Sorry, I digressed....back to packing y'all!  Love and Blessings....Sherry!
